On 19th Feb, 2013 I have attended Entrepreneur development orientation . "Mr.Ajay "  was engage 2 days session in Deshpande foundation seminar hall. First he asked exception of Entrepreneur development from fellows, fellows shared their thoughts and doubts. played activities such as close eyes find out the 2 persons to make the groups and another one to open eyes to make the groups. Sir made 3 groups and gave 6questions and we prepared 40 mints and presented 10 mints. Achievement Imagery (I have learnt for this to identify persons Need, Action, Goal anticipation, Block personal, Help,Feelings (Positive and Negative), Thema. Motivational profile I have learnt Power motivation, Affiliation motivation, Achievement motivation, Extension motivation. I come to knew about Motivational profile identify the persons Behavior. Sir conducted activity close the eyes about to build building with the help of Financier, Consultancy and Entrepreneur.
